- Shodan account is plan
oss: 0 query credits, API not unlocked. Host lookups work only intermittently on this tier. That is the "flaky", not the network. Membership is a one-time $49. - Twilio balance $4.89. Each report phone costs about $0.015 line-only or $0.025 with consent, so this is roughly 200 lookups before it stops.
- Telnyx prepaid balance $10.00, about $0.004 per lookup.
- HIBP is on Core 1 ($4.39/mo, 10 lookups/min), subscribed until 2026-10-26. Confirm it auto-renews.
- People Data Labs free tier: 95 of 100 monthly credits left. A no-match probe returned 404 and spent 0 credits, so the key and account work. GuardDex has never called it.
- Numverify still answers; paid window ends 2026-10-28. After that the key drops to the 100/month free plan or errors.
- AbuseIPDB free: 1,000 checks/day (808 left today). VirusTotal public: 500/day, 74 used this month.
Re-test People Data Labs (costs 0 credits)
A no-match is free; a match spends 1 credit. Run on the server; the key is read from the OSINT config, never typed.
